Introduction

This GLOMACS Boston Global Leaders Programme will enable experienced executives and professionals to take their current knowledge and skills in strategy and people management to the next level, thus enabling them to make major contributions to the future development of their people and organisations.

 In today’s global business environment, true leadership qualities and skills are what make the difference.

This GLOMACS training seminar develops the new perspectives needed to succeed in the contemporary business environment. We need to develop ourselves and our people to deal with continual change in markets, competitive structures, technology, operational relationships and organisational structures. The training seminar is split into two modules:
