Introduction

The Supervisory role is pivotal in any organisation.  Supervisors implement the requirements of higher management to get the job done while utilising their team to ensure it is achieved.  This requires good leadership, management and team building qualities.

This comprehensive training seminar has been developed to equip Supervisors with exceptional knowledge, skills and practical application of the key areas of their role.  The training seminar provides knowledge that encompasses all the development that a modern Supervisor needs to fulfill their role in the organisation.  This includes leadership, management, problem solving, time management, team building, motivation as well as many others.  This is essential development for the Supervisory level.

Each module is structured and can be taken as a stand-alone training course; however, delegates will maximise their benefits by taking Module 1,2 and 3 back-to-back as a two-weeks training course.
