Achieving Professional Speaking and Writing Skills

Moving from a clear purpose to a successful communication is a process,  you will learn the techniques needed to develop a clear outline with well-researched material and clear organising structure.

  • Selecting and structuring information
  • Designing your communication

DAY 3

Mastering the Language of Business Persuasion

Communication to inform is the mainstay of business communication but communication to persuade is the key business differentiator.

  • Understands and acts on business etiquette
  • Able to influence and persuade through effective communication
  • Uses language in a vivid and powerful way

  • Writing and presenting for a target audience and specific purpose

  • Structure – why clear structure helps decision making
  • Writing an effective report
  • Be able to draft professional e-mails, memos and letters
