Introduction

This GLOMACS Pensions, Governance & Regulations training seminar provides an immersive, content rich learning experience covering pensions, strategies to deal with attendant risks and competitive pressures, their marketing and sale plus the regulatory and governance landscape which supports them.

It looks at origins, underlying philosophies, routes to market, channel distribution, risk factors, the competitive landscape, the need for public / social policies which encourage the right  balance  between  reliance  on  state  pension  provision  and saving money for old age from individual resources. It considers how inter- generational  fairness  might  be achievable politically and  economically. This, given the current rate of medical advance, lifestyles, the job market, technology, Artificial Intelligence implementation, regulatory and compliance trends by country, economic performance, taxation policies on pensions, morbidity, mortality, investment / stock market performance, strategies for investment ,the selection of assets for investment in pensions, risks and attitudes to alternative forms of investment.

This GLOMACS training course will feature:
